I tried to reproduce it twice and the bug doesn't seem to show. Maybe it
was some other package's fault and it got fixed with some of the today's
updates in Feisty.
You can close the bug, if I encounter the problem again I'll reopen it.

Note: I just tested the behavior after doing a suspend-to-disk, and
there is no bug. I have network after resuming from a suspend-to-disk.
