I guess the current fix could be the reason I can't install the Robot
Operating System (www.ros.org) binary packages for "oneiric" on Precise.
ROS package libopencv2.3 needs libjpeg62-dev and libtiff4-dev needs
libjpeg8-dev, which needs libjpeg-turbo8-dev, which is conflicting
libjpeg62-dev.

* Build a real libjpeg-dev package, to fix upgrades from lucid/oneiric.
Without this, apt rather holds back libjpeg62-dev instead of installing
