to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.3 kernel[1] (Not a kernel in the daily directory). Once you've
tested the upstream kernel, please remove the 'needs-upstream-testing'

A workaround is to add the module to /etc/modules, that will make it
load properly on boot

Sounds like a race between the broadcom drivers. That's a little unusual
because I thought those had already been sorted a long while ago, though
it's possibly a side-effect of the upgrade from Lucid.
