@Guilherme That's actually the new Unity shortcut for switching between
workspaces, replacing Ctrl+Alt+. And like Andy says, I can still
reproduce it using his method. So, I'm actually still affected.

I seem to be able to trigger the form with the stuck number hints using
the Super+Shift+ bindings and flicking backwards and forwards.
Particularly left seems to trigger it more often for me.

As I noted in duplicate bug 933760, this issue also prevents the user
from being able to interact with their desktop until Unity is forced to
reset, either by using unity --replace in a tty or doing a hard reset.
And this is without auto-hide enabled.
