It’s a limitation of compiz in older versions. Newer versions fixed
this.

When i use gnome-screenshot with option gnome-screenshot -w -b
why the program does not capture the whole theme of the program.
buttons (exit, minimize, maximize and etc.) in top are missing in the
screenshot.
