After some tests, it seems that the bug occurs in Evolution and Nautilus but
not in Epiphany and Synaptic...
In Nautilus, I can make it work normally by keeping the left mouse button
pressed while scrolling. It doesn't help in Evolution though...
I'm lost here :)

This is quite annoying, and I can also reproduce it with a ThinkPad T400
using the trackpad scroll. Seems this started to happen after the X11
update near the alpha 2, something to look at.

I can reproduce this bug on Virtual Box with a 32 bit and 64 bit
installation. If I'm scrolling in lxterminal while the mouse is moving
the scrollbar is jumping randomly. If the mouse is not moving while
scrolling all is working fine. My host system is not affected from this
