For as far as I know, all dns servers in resolv.conf can/will be used
regardless of the order in which they are listed. If so, having an
option to modify the order in a configuration utility would be rather
pointless.

Oh, drag and drop works if you drag an entry not selected. Well, I tried
to drag the selected entry and that failed. Guess I am not the only one
not finding the drag-and-drop feature, so maybe the UI should be changed
like this? I'll happily provide patches if accepted.
