This bug is definitely not a duplicate of bug #43169, whatever it is;
that marking is in error.
This behaviour is irritating if you use hibernate and there's a very
simple fix - it would be nice to see the fix

The bug is assigned to gnome-keyring and comments were mentionning
pam_keyring, which is why I marked it duplicate. That might be a
network-manager bug though, feel free to ope

That sounds like a bug. Why would you want to drop the password on
sleep, when you could just lock the screen instead?

(http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/admin/libpam-keyring) change anything
about the ability to fix this? That blog would seem to indicate so.

Sebastien, why was my bug rejected and set as a duplicate of bug #43169
? I don't see the resemblance between the two bugs. Please re-open as
"confirmed" and read here too:

I have assigned this bug to gnome-keyring, because it just idiotic it
even asks for passwords to store passwords associated with a user.
They are associated with a user. It should not ask for a 'global'
password in the beginnen, nor one to access stuff. Just one question
'can program X use the key
