penguintv has been removed from the development version of Ubuntu. It
will need to be ported away from pywebkitgtk (probably to webkit2gtk,
gobject-introspection and gtk3) before it will be able to enter Ubuntu

I have added true webkit support, so that patch is no longer needed.
There may be other patches that are also not needed, so let me know if
any of the others don't apply. The setup.py patch may not be needed
either.
