Thanks for the kind reply. I think I am going to wait a bit and find out what
action is taken with the bug first. If the package is repaired, I could just
install it again and it should work.
You Ubuntu devs are great, definitely don't get enough respect.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. I can confirm this is the case with lphoto version 1.0.61-3.
The problem lies in the bash script that starts lphoto. It has the path
as '/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/Lphoto/lphoto.py' while it should
be '/usr/sha
