The new driver is just dandy. Played a game, suspend/resume works,
attaching monitors is better than with 280. This gets an okay.

I don't wanna be rude (and I hope you will understand that I feel), but
I just don't get it - month after month, bug after bug marked as "fix
released" or "fix comitted", version after version and still no new
"updates" package...
May I ask why it's happen?

I was not able to simply revert back to the ubuntu maintained version of
the nvidia driver and reinstalled my system using a 12.04 daily-live. My
problem seems to be present there as well, although 12.04 provides the
latest nvidia driver. This bug seems to be caused by the ubuntu packaged
version,

package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and

Why even no 285 series drivers released to the updates channel,
althought bug 887630 marked as "Fix Relesed" for almost a month?!?
