Looks like we'll soon have something we can sync from Debian. When it's
in quantal, it could possibly be backported to precise.
It's already in Debian unstable [0], but the maintainer doesn't seem to
think it's very ready yet [1]. Maybe have a chat with him and see why.

So what needs to happen to get Condor back? I was planning on building a
12.04 cluster this week, and having the package available would make it
a lot easier.

Aha, this is great news.
However, it won't sync automatically, Ubuntu is currently in freeze. Someone
needs to investigate if we should sync/merge this or remove it for precise.

Yes, NeuroDebian has a package. However, that package has just been
accepted into Debian experimental. An upload to Debian unstable is
pending a few more changes/improvements. Once this is done Ubuntu will
sync it automatically, I guess.
