bad news.. after rebooting this morning I have the same issue with the
latest kernel! no link detected, but yesterday when I rebooted just
after installed the new kernel that was ok..

Yes this is worked on the previous version.
I have tested with 3.0.17 and it does not work too, but with the latest 3.2.1
it is working!
