A similar patch with the same id for qc-serial.c was recently added
upstream (commit 2db4d87070e87d198ab630e66a898b45eff316d9). Ubuntu
precise kernel has the change already, and Oneiric will have the change
that came through stable starting with kernel 3.0.0-19.32 which is
currently on -proposed. I
