issue was already present in natty, still present in precise. I didn't
notice it was related to the combination of expo and grid, good tip. But

Having same problems as described. However Resize Actions
"Maximize","Left Half" and "Right Half" (default settings) work fine.
Seems only to affect resizing actions where "top" or "bottom" are
involved.
Furthermore: Broken windows get accessible again as soon as (compiz)
