I was recently told that there is another instance of this bug in add-
applications.xml. I haven't had time to check yet, but for now I'll
reopen the bug.

This doesn't affect Kubuntu docs. The front page of add-applications has
a note, and every instance of documentation that referred to enabling
Universe and Multiverse had been removed.

adjustments.
