Verified 'libdconf0' installed. Created new user, used 'dconf editor' to add 'Wicd' to desktop>unity>panel. Restarted, logged in as new user, 'Wicd' is still in whitelist, no wicd in system notification. Logged in as myaelf, 'Wicd' is still in whitelist, no wicd in system notification. Note: S
