For me it happends when I switch between a buffer containing a C/C++
file and a buffer list buffer. There is no TeX file in sight here. The
window seems to shrink only when I switch from the buffer list buffer to
a C/C++ file buffer, but not the other way around and not when I switch
between buffer
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
