Dennis E. Wright, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't
been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
release of Ubuntu? ISO CD images are available from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/release
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? It
will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Refer to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . If possible, please test
the latest v3.2-rcN kernel (Not a kernel in the daily directory). Once
you've tested
It appears that after I power up and Ubuntu boots up, I must remove the
Broadcom STA wireless driver and then reinstall it to get the adapter to switch
on (wireless indicator light to come on) so I can see a list of wireless
networks and select one.
It is not clear if this is an issue only for
