I doubt that all these problems are really the same bug.
Please report your problems seperately. It is very likely that the initial
problem in the original bugreport is solved. Therefore I'm closing this bug.

In fact, today i installed Hardy alpha... and this problem is
present i even compiled ndiswrapper, but still the light for the
wlan stuff didnt changed to blue (which is the color for when it is
up...) if you need any nfo ill be glad to post it here

I believe I had tried that earlier... I don't have access to the card /
laptop now, but will try it out when I get a chance.
However, just as a smell test, the explanation about the firmware
loading makes more sense since ndiswrapper is loaded before
NetworkManager even starts and my dmesg log spi

as i said it works for me with ndiswrapper-utils-1.9, just try to
upgrade ur system on v1.9

kernel is 2.6.20-9-generic, now i have wlan0 interface which works
only "bug" is when i want to use ad-hoc mode, my connection last for
about few minutes or sometimes even less that that... tested it few
times, it repeats.

i almost have the same problem but i use bcmwl5.inf file for my wlan
card:
