this seems to be only be happening to me with nautilus. tried opening
gedit, chrome and firefox and they all had focus upon opening. Just
nautilus does not have focus

Just to clarify, this doesn't just happen with FF and Nautilus. For
example Software Center, if you click install on an app and then launch
another program Software Center still has focus until the other programs
window is clicked.

Sam thinks this bug is fixed in compiz trunk, but also said its going to
be a while till we get a new compiz package in Precise so we can't
confirm of it being fixed but its clearly under the radar.

This affects me, here are the steps to always reproduce, it is
consistent:
1. Launch Firefox, I have it maximized, click back or forward button
2. Launch Nautilus, Firefox still has focus and it's menus are therefore in
global menu
3. Firefox will stay focused until Nautilus window is clicked, th
I call it a security issue and is something we should really look into
fixing this cycle.
