Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager-vpnc
I tried to connect to a Cisco VPN server using the vpnc option of
NetworkManager but I didn't find any of the Nat options that are required by
the VPN server I'm trying to connect to.
I'm especially looking for the --disable-natt option which allow you to turn
off the Nat traversal.
I also think that some options like --dns-update should have their places in
the configuration gui as they are frequently used with that kind of VPN.

Have a look at : vpnc -h for the complete list of options

** Affects: network-manager-vpnc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
