If you use Launcher always visible (install CompizConfig Settings Manager -> launch it -> Ubuntu Unity Plugin -> set Hide Launcher to Never), you'll see bad rectangles all day. I had to set Hide Launcher to Autohide to take two screenshots of my Firefox Add-on, because the bad rectangles were ugly.
