i don't have HDMI cable or anything, i see and HDMI port on my laptop,

debug enabled version of PulseAudio, so I don't really know how to

Could you please do the following:
1) Make sure /etc/pulse/default.pa does not contain the "tsched=0" workaround
2) Install the pulseaudio package from ppa:diwic/fighting-rewinds
3) Start a pulseaudio log according to wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio/Log
4) With that log running, start "GST_DEBUG=pulse:5
