Upstream developer says this is fixed in SVN rev 767797. I will need to
look into the timeline to see what kind of patching we'll need to do to
fix this across our releases.

I have the same "problem".
When deactivating the speedbar, the tray icon is not updated. I have to hide +
unhide the panel in order to update the icon.
PS. I'm using a semi-transparent panel. DS.

I am unable to confirm this. Why? I can't even get the speedbar to work,
but that could be due to my icon package possibly? Can anyone else
confirm this?
