I can confirm this.
I start azureus, it works, but then, after I finish my config, it won't ever
start again, except if I wipe it's config directory.
It might be a problem with sun-java6 on ubuntu too, because it works if I
remove azureus, install azureus-gcj, update-alternatives --config java -

I get the same problem with Ubuntu 6.10 32bit. I think it is a problem
in all Ubuntu versions. Hope it gets fixed.
