debug, one can use the S3 system tap scripts as

The set up may require a bit of effort but it should enable one to see

Attachment CurrentDmesg.txt looks like the card slot controller could be
at fault. That one in turn is a combination device with the FireWire
controller (cf. attachment Lspci.txt). Hence, the fix to bug 862746
