Ubuntu works until I plugged the power adapter to the notebook ACER AO

After removing the power supply hangs after about a minute, or
immediately after the turn.
On fedora 16 is exactly the same, and openSUSE.
This is a BIG PROBLEM with linux.
I have a AMD C-50 APU
Please HELP ME!!!
