Reproduceable in Precise.
Launcher hides but preview won't when you directly leave the icon/starter. When
I move to another icon/starter in the launcher that doesn't have a preview the
preview shown before hides.

I can reproduce this too.
Same behaviour here totally depends on speed of mouse move if the preview hides
or not.
