New debdiff for quantal.
I would have made the precise version string "ubuntu1" and quantal
"ubuntu2" but since raring is already "ubuntu2" I thought I needed to
version precise as "ubuntu1" and quantal as "ubuntu1.1". Hope that's
right! Thanks!
