I just checked the sources and there's really no difference compared to
the previous version other than the conversion rule update. The
conversion is indeed correct so the proposed version resolves this bug.

With the proposed version:
100mm2 is converted to 1cm2 --> OK
400cm2 is shown as 0,04m2 --> OK
but
40cm2 is shown as 0m2 instead of 0,004 --> is rounding to two digits expected?
