Why the hell now gnome-panel does not crash, if it has crashed some
times this evening? Now that I'm running it with valgrind... :(
I'll try it a little more :)

you can run "gnome-session-remove gnome-panel" to stop it and then run
it with valgrind

I've tried to restart gnome-panel with valgring, but I can't. If I just
start it, it complains because there is another panel running.
If I kill the other one, it restarts at the moment.
If I do:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ killall gnome-panel && valgrind -v --tool=memcheck
--leak-check=f
Thanks for your bug report. The crash looks like a memory corruption.
Could you try to get a valgrind log for it? (you can follow the
instructions from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Valgrind for that)
