I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 and gwibber 3.3.93. Seems to be a random problem.
Happens probably every other time I use gwibber. Scrolling just stops
working with the wheel. I believe when it happens to me, the slider also
doesn't work, I need to page up/down or restart the program. Gwibber has
come a lon

here working fine with 3.3.3 with precise can you still reproduce it.. ?

The thing is that the scroll bar doesn`t appear when I firt start
Gwibber, thus the mouse scroll wheel doesn`t work. Changing to the
messages pane and then back at the home pane made the scroll bar on the
right appear again, which made the mouse scroll wheel scroll the window
as expected.

I got this problem today after trying out gwibber. After following some
additional twitter channels thus making the list of messages longer, the
problem got away. This is strange...
