I'm attaching a debdiff which fixes this issue by removing the redundant headings as suggested by Matthew Paul Thomas on the duplicate bug. The patch also fixes an error in the "Common Questions" section of the Table of Contents that has been raised on the ubuntu-doc mailing list recently. I hope
