We need to support this on feisty too. Launchpad developers are
supposed to switch to feisty at feisty beta, unless there's a really
good reason not to.

Feisty packages are not backportable to Dapper, due to the Python
transition bits. However, recently I built 8.2 1 for Dapper:
deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/packages/postgresql-8.2-dapper/ ./
I can easily update this to 8.2.3 and get some i386 debs built.

backport. Nothing for -updates, though, since 8.2 has not been in Edgy.
