I've found a workaround by removing flashplugin-installer and
nspluginwrapper packages, than it worked. So now I have oneiric
installed and can't reproduce the problem.

I'd like to confirm that the problem is caused by a non-ubuntu package.
Could you please remove libwebkit-1.0-2 , try the upgrade again and tell
if it helps ?

Its failing because you have several unsupported PPA's in your sources. You
need to remove these and the packages they installed in order for the upgrade
to proceed. Consider the tool 'ppa-purge'.

Sure I did it and other manipulations, several times in a row in a different
order.
The solution was to uninstall flashplugin-installer and nspluginwrapper since
flash is broken for beta 1. And yes, I have multiarch support already:
$ cat /etc/dpkg/dpkg.cfg.d/multiarch
foreign-architectu
I guess my bug is a duplicate of Bug #839417, but I can't workaround as
they did.
