The errors have disappeared !!
Here are the things I tried (i had been googling for so long i guess)
Suggestion 1: adding boot option "irqpoll"
Result: No effect
Suggestion 2: Check BIOS software with intel's

I think that this bug is the reason why my CPU sometimes runs on 100%
speed even though none of the processes uses it so much.

Thanks for your bug report. Could you please also add the output of
'lspci -vvn' an 'lspci -vv' to your bug report if possible? Perhaps you
could do this when booting the recovery kernel.
