I had the same problem -- virtualbox kept crashing "soon" -- (NOHZ=off
seemed to help some, but I'm not sure if its real or anecdotal). I was
running ubuntu 11.10 oneiric.
I updated to:
3.0.0-17
vbox 4.1.2
and it happens less often (I can get some work done) -- but still
happens occassion
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
