Changing the engine to "ubuntulooks" makes the progress bar look weird
(for me). So the second fix is better. Just comment the line with
"progressbarstyle" out.

Another stupid solution is to eliminate the ''progressbarstyle" in the
second "engine" statement. Attached patch is for 0.2-0ubuntu3

This is the case for several themes:
/usr/share/themes/Blubuntu/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:169: Clearlooks configuration option
"progressbarstyle" is not supported and will be ignored.
/usr/share/themes/Peace/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:55: Clearlooks configuration option
"sunkenmenu" is not supported and will be ignored.
Same issue in Hardy LTS.

In /usr/share/themes/Human/gtk-2.0/gtkrc, inside the 'style "clearlooks-
progressbar"' section, I changed the engine form "clearlooks" to
"ubuntulooks". I think everything is allright now. Here's how it looks
explicitly:

Sorry I noticed the file I attached doesn't have the extra color to
highlight the progress bars. It should look like the following I think.

I noticed this as well today and had a look.
Comparing /usr/share/themes/Blubuntu/gtk-2.0/gtkrc to the same file in
the Human theme the lines at 169 seemed a bit messed up. The attached
file shows the changes I made looking at the Human theme followed by how
it looked to start with. I didn't think

The thing is, the theme that you are using not support the "progressbarstyle" I
have many time the same advice with a lots of themes.
I think that's a issue with the gtk2
Any way, that's an advice nothing more, the theme work fine

I get the same warning. It can be fixed by commenting (with '#') out
line 169 of the file `/usr/share/themes/Blubuntu/gtk-2.0/gtkrc`.
There shouldn't be any side effects because the option is being ignored
anyway. My guess is the option "progressbarstyle" has become deprecated.
