If you as a "opensc dev/Estonian eID maintainer" says that additional
patches are necessary they can possibly get included if they don't break
opensc for normal users. I'll have to trust your judgement there.

hard-to-get-to-upstream patches (as they are workarounds for specific
problems 'normal' opensc users don't ecounter) might be included in
