GNOME3, not by Ubuntu, you should report issues you have to their lists

screensaver, even windows can do that and they say that gnome is more
customizable.

It seems that they have removed the themes from the appearance tool, and
instead this is possible through gnome-tweak-tool. Be careful when
adding themes though, as they may not work correctly with Unity.

There is no option(button) to install themes.
I tried copying themes to the ~/.themes folder, but they still don't appear on
the theme selection list.

Are you getting an error when you try to add one? Or are there just no
themes available? Please describe what you are seeing, with screenshots
if possible for the best result.
