problem is unresolved in Feisty, herd 5
I believe this is caused by the DPMS settings, which DO NOT reflect the
settings done in gnome-screensaver-preferences or gnome-power-
preferences

Standby: 1200Suspend: 1800Off: 2400
DPMS is Enabled
