I've also to tell (sorry for the bad description, i'm going to correct it) that
if I continue to move the window, the system will be locked (meaning that I can
only move the pointer but nothing is clickable, and the keyboard sysrq works
but tty not) and sometime keyboard and pointer are locked (

Ha wow that's nuts. Could you please run an apt-get upgrade (to make
sure you're fully up to date on compiz packages) and run unity --reset
to make sure all of your compiz options are defaults?
