My problem seems to be related to java, cpu usage is only high when some
java program is running. So it's likely a new bug.

I have the same symptoms are a similar graphic card. If I disable the
Unity plugin in CSM (and enabled awn to have a dock) everything is back
to normal. So it looks like a unity issue.
It's hard to reproduce since it doesn't happen at boot time but after I
spend some time with the machine. Disabl
