think the deluge change is critical any more, so downgrading.

We changed the packaging for Deluge recently so that deluge-gtk no
longer requires libtorrent which means it can be installed as a client
only.
The packaging will need fixed so that Software Centre defaults to deluge
rather than the currently set, deluge-gtk. Also when installing only
deluge-gtk a
