Has this bug been fixed in Ubuntu 12.04?

- Everytime diff WIFI automatically changed connection slow or not work
+ On moving to new Wi-Fi network, NM seems to connect, but firefox cannot reach
websites until I disconnect and reconnect Wi-Fi
