It looks like most of the time this is caused by your local cache being
out-of-date compared to what's available. Your computer thinks that
version x.y.z is the latest, so that's the version you try and install,
but really version x.y.(z+1) is in the ubuntu repository, so the older
version cannot b
The error message suggests to me that you're missing the authentication
key for one of the repositories you have in your apt sources. Have you
modified anything that might affect those?
