Totally agree. Besides not being enabled, it should also work before including
it.
Currently it still hangs on 13.10 with normalising.

For me, and other people as well, this plugin is completely blocking the
burning of an audio CD.
Burning starts, the pop-up says "Tracks normalization", and stay like this
forever.
If you try to burn it as a .cue, same thin
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
