No, it doesn't freeze in the browser, rather the video running through
totem gets freeze.

The entire video freezes. Sysmonitor screenlet shows '' Ram 12% and swap
0%". But when I start downloading some video from youtube the video
freezes.
Now actually there is no problem. And I am listening some music and also
downloading 4 video from youtube at the same time. Now Sysmonitor

Actually in my system sound is not coming because gnome alsa mixer was
not downloaded and mono was mute. And I don't know all this and by
searching from internet I had done so many things.
System is not using the swap partition. swap is not off.
