Jared Harvey, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development

I seem to have this physically working, but mythbuntu control centre's
IR section will cause this to fail if I use it. So I consider it a bug.

I got receive working. It appears that something crashes or doesn't
fully clear itself out when with lircd stop is called. With reboots to
help keep things cleaner, I got irrecord to work such that I could
create my own config file. I then compared it to the provided config
file and found my newly
